  • Customers should review outputs, reports and compliance filings before official use or submission.
  • Customers are also responsible for maintaining proper internal approvals, reconciling business records, controlling user access and ensuring that their use of the software complies with their own legal and industry obligations.
  • Where integrations, imports, opening balances, custom masters or migrated records are involved, the customer should validate the final data before relying on it for financial or statutory decisions.

Fees, Renewals and Suspension

  • Paid services, subscriptions, renewals, onboarding services and support commitments may be governed by the applicable plan, quotation, invoice, order confirmation or separate written agreement.
  • Failure to complete payments on time may result in reminders, restricted service access, suspension of selected features or account-level action until dues are resolved.
  • We may also suspend or restrict access if there is suspected misuse, security risk, policy violation, false information, unlawful conduct or other conduct that threatens the platform or other users.

  • Any liability, where legally applicable, will be subject to the nature of the service relationship, applicable law and the specific commitments made in writing for the relevant customer engagement.
